I've been a licensed therapist since 2010 and finally know what "eclectic" means. I draw from all kinds of sources and trainings - IFS, EFT, Equine therapy, attachment theory, CBT, narrative and ACT approaches. It's all useful. I love working with individuals and couples and do a bit of family work and find that meaningful too. I've been a supervisor for the last ten years and I've learned a lot about myself (good and not so good) using a mostly feminist approach to supervision.
