AAMFT PRACTICE PROTECTION FUND
AAMFT continues to strive for the advocacy, recognition, and protection of the Marriage and Family Therapy field. As we continue in this effort, we wanted to reach out to those who practice in states where we are currently working with a lobbying group to improve the conditions for MFTs. We are asking for your continued support by donating to the Practice Protection Fund. This fund, also known as the PPF, is the fund used to continue paying for the lobbying efforts in your state.
In Washington, the PPF is supporting an effort to increase license portability, in order to make practicing as an MFT in Washington more accessible. As the PPF continues to receive donations, we can continue the advocacy efforts in Washington and beyond. AAMFT works alongside the Washington Association for Marriage and Family Therapy on these issues.
